Your next favorite Sauvignon Blanc
$26.00
- small | $65.00- Large
Aromatically sharp and grassy, with the pungency of the grape on full display, this fills in the palate with lush, tangy citrus flavors. Lime, lemon and grapefruit are here in abundance, with sappy acidity pulling everything through a lingering finish.

Sauvignon Blanc

Sauvignon Blanc is produced around the world and beloved for its herbal, grassy characteristics and it sparkling acidity. It can be found in a wide variety of styles, the most notable of which come from Bordeaux, Central California, Australia and New Zealand. Wines produced from sauvignon blanc range from green, with features like lemon grass, to juicy showing flavors like passion fruit and honeydew. They are also commonly  strongly acid driven allowing the drinker to detect flavors like grapefruit or gooseberry. Sauvignon Blanc is classicly prepaired in stainless stell tanks but is occasionally fermented in concrete or allowed to age in neutral French oak barrells.
