Alcohol - 13.5%
Barrel Regimen - spent time on its lees in concrete tanks and old casks, which gives incredible texture and palate weight to the wine. The 2019 vintage was characterized by a long ripening period in mild conditions and has the effect of good ripe flavors and fresher acidity than in previous years.

Chenin Blanc

Chenin Blanc has something for everyone. This white wine grape variety from the Loire Valley of France is high in acidity meaning it can be used to make everything from sparkling wines to well-balanced dessert wines. Chenin Blanc makes lithe, dry summer whites and sparkling wines. It also offers oak-aged styles with similar flavors to Chardonnay. Thus, there really is a Chenin Blanc wine for every occasion. Apple, pear and honey are all commonly recognized flavors in chenin blanc from around the world.
