Sustainably farmed WITHOUT use of herbicides or pesticides, unlike that prosecco with the smurf blue label, or really most proseccos. It's so clean. This extra dry is a little sweet and is great for mimosas and sparkling wine cocktails.

- Brut has very little residual sugar and is lovely by itself or in your sparkling wine cocktail.

-Extra dry has slightly more residual sugar and is perfect for mimosas or if you like a slight sweetness in your bubbles

Glera

Glerra, also commonly referred to by the name of its growing region Prosecco, is Italy’s number one sparkling wine comes from Northeastern Italy and uses a different winemaking method than Champagne. The best Prosecco wines are noted from the hilly sub-region of Valdobbiadene. This white variety of grape of Slovenian origin, was brought to the village of Prosecco from the Karst region. Prosecco is famously an alternative to champagne that can be made in three levels of sweetness: Brut, Extra Dry and Dry all referring to the amount of residual sugar left over in the bottle after fermentation. This is a food-friendly sparkling wine that goes great with antipasto, cured meats, almonds. It’s also a natural pairing with spicy Asian food.
