Appellation - Anjous-Villages, Loire Valley, France

Vineyard - Montsoreau

Alcohol - 13.5%

Vinification and Elevage - Certified Organically and Biodynamically farmed. Whole cluster pressed for 4.5 hours. Native fermentation. aged and fermented in 90% in stainless steel and 10% old French oak barrels (7+ years old).

100% Chenin Blanc

Chenin Blanc has something for everyone. This white wine grape variety from the Loire Valley of France is high in acidity meaning it can be used to make everything from sparkling wines to well-balanced dessert wines. Chenin Blanc makes lithe, dry summer whites and sparkling wines. It also offers oak-aged styles with similar flavors to Chardonnay. Thus, there really is a Chenin Blanc wine for every occasion. Apple, pear and honey are all commonly recognized flavors in chenin blanc from around the world.
